Thanks to her high-profile involvement with Amazon founder and billionaire Jeff Bezos, Lauren Sanchez has found herself in the public eye — and now a national news outlet is looking for a specialist reporter to cover her every move.
The Daily Beast announced it is looking for a full-time reporter to cover Sánchez and her day-to-day operations, from business to social to space.
“The Beast plans to cover tech moguls and their ecosystem as part of the site's return to its roots as a 'smart tabloid,'” according to Axios.
This follows the trend of other publications such as USAToday and Tennessean, which have hired specialized reporters from Taylor Swift and Beyoncé to ensure the issue receives comprehensive coverage.
