With over 15 years of diverse professional experience, Amanda has developed skills that enable her to guide visionaries and rule breakers worldwide.
In February 2023, Amanda had a vision for a podcast but wasn't sure how to bring it to life. She took a decisive step and joined SPI's All-Access Pass – an educational community tailored to entrepreneurs looking to connect, learn and grow.
Here she not only found the answers she needed, but also received invaluable insight and support, marking a turning point in her entrepreneurial journey.
From vision to reality
Amanda's commitment to personal development is at the heart of her podcast, Don't Step on the Bluebells, where healing and growth are the core narratives.
When Amanda's podcast was just an idea, she recalls the challenges she faced:
“I knew I could make a difference by helping people, but I was overwhelmed by how much I didn’t know—namely, where to start creating, publishing, and spreading the word about a podcast.”
Unsure of how to proceed, Amanda sought advice from a friend, who recommended Pat Flynn's Power-Up Podcasting® course. Instead of opting for the standalone course, she opted to sign up for the All Access Pass, emphasizing that in addition to the full course library, she “sees more value in having access to a community.”
She described the decision-making process as “a no-brainer” due to the right price and undeniable value and moved forward with confidence.
Amanda's next step was to take the Power Up Podcasting course, which is aimed at those in the early stages of creating a podcast. In search of a successful start, she went through the content diligently and let her ideas grow with each module.
“I went from having a good idea to having a clear, actionable plan that I could work through step by step,” she says.
Amanda successfully launched Don't Step on the Bluebells in August 2023, just six months after joining the All Access Pass. The podcast now has an average of 100 downloads per episode, for a total of over 900 downloads, with listeners from 34 different countries tuning in.
Although Amanda was originally interested in the All Access Pass to the Power Up Podcasting course, she emphasizes that the “backbone of support from SPI” gave her the confidence and courage to bring her vision to life. This support has not only had a positive impact on her brand, but also influenced her entire mindset.
“I had the confidence to launch and spread the word about my podcast, make bold requests to high-profile guests, and pivot my brand toward more unconventional practices,” says Amanda. “I knew I had answers to my questions when I needed them and was grateful for SPI’s continued support.”
Amanda's All Access Pass experience has allowed her to redefine her professional identity and shift her focus from business management to prioritizing the growth of her coaching practice and podcast.
Reflecting on this transition, she says, “I have created my own platform to share wisdom and insights about personal transformation and healing – and am beginning to become known for this field of work.”
The Way Forward: Podcast and Community Vision
Looking forward, Amanda is focused on further developing her podcast with the goal of attracting a broader audience with a shared interest in personal growth and healing.
Amanda is currently participating in SPI's Amp'd Up Podcasting Course Accelerator, which is designed for members who have successfully published their podcasts and are seeking exponential audience growth and monetization. The accelerator format allows Amanda to complete the course alongside a cohort, with additional support and accountability from the community and Team SPI.
Amanda's ultimate goal is to create a physical space that unites healers and seekers and fosters a community committed to profound and positive change. Meanwhile, she remains committed to expanding her impact as a transformational catalyst for individuals and groups.
